The staff was very friendly. My Latte was fixed exactly as I like it. I highly recommend this stire.

Staff are very nice,every order i have ever put in has been accurate. Drive through could be a tad faster but it doesnt take a year so its fine.

I do not normally post reviews but I felt it necessary in this situation. While I grew up here I have been living in another country for close to 10 years. I had always thought customer service was dead in the US but, the young lady employee eating her lunch before her shift on this Memorial Day made me see it is Infact alive and well. The way you dealt and chatted with a gentleman who's life is obviously not as easy as others impressed me and showed your truly inspiring personality. I don't know your name but thank you for being you. While I likely won't be back in Prosser for another few years I will make sure to come here again because of how awesome you and the rest of the staff make this place.

This is my main staple for meeting people that live in the lower Yakima Valley. Always clean, friendly, and great customer service. It's exactly what you expect from Starbucks.

Great Starbucks close to the highway and the baristas are very fast! A definite stop for me whenever I was heading up to Seattle

Fun Batista's , clean and relaxing

Everyone is always super friendly here and very easy to work with if something is made incorrectly. The parking lot can get very full since it is a pretty major rest stop for travelers. We always stop here on our way to/from Seattle.

Pretty much like most Starbucks. Not a lot of business the day and time we were there. Staff polite and efficient. My mocha was great.

We ordered caramel crunch Frappuccinos not much flavor, hardly any caramel. Sandwiches were excellent.

Had a meeting here and got to try their nitro infused coffee. I was quite impressed. The service was good and they were very helpful and informative.

Absolutly love the place because my wife says I have to. But the staff is friendly. And know there business....and there business is adult novelties. Wait wrong place . But staff is friendly, and coffee is great, if you keep coming back they do learn your name. Attitudes are awesome , and they always have a smile on there face, except since I told them I tip only with a smile from now on.

Very Friendly Staff along with their Grand Mocha with a "Double Smoked Ham/Turkey Sandwich on Chibota Bread! Very filing and satisfying. This Starbucks is super busy in the Morning and Lunch hour! Enjoy!

Ordered a very hot latte and got one that was considerably less in temperature than what I ordered. While the taste was fine, I really want my lattes extremely hot, and for the price, I expect them to be what was ordered. Using the drive through makes returning the drink more challenging.
